Mike Emerson and Denise Britton were inspired in the early 2000’s to commence a dedicated mediation service in Brisbane, as a result of experiencing first hand the negative human impact of more adversarial forms of Dispute Resolution.
Their skills and training in Law and Psychology/Social Science respectively as well as in Alternative Dispute Resolution have proven to be a winning combination in serving the people of Brisbane and Queensland.
Over the years, with the assistance of their well-qualified panel of Specialist Mediators, Mike and Denise, through Brisbane Mediations, have assisted large numbers of people in conflict to find the best possible outcomes in a cost-effective and user-friendly way.
