Justin brings more than two decades of mediation expertise through his leadership of complex stakeholder engagements relating to large scale organisational change initiatives, small and medium scale commercial dispute management and his own business ownership experience to the mediation table.

His practice focuses on the resolution of investor and shareholder disputes, business partnership breakdowns, construction and contract disagreements, franchise conflicts, and intergenerational property and inheritance matters. His approach is grounded in process and practical outcomes parties can live with by creating the conditions for parties to be genuinely heard and to find their own path to resolution through his guidance.
