Prior to his appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of the Queensland Law Society, Rolf spent over 20 years in global law firms in Chief of People and Culture roles, leading human resources teams across Australia and Asia.

Rolf has significant experience in conflict resolution, managing workplace conduct matters, leadership coaching and development, change management, learning and development, strategy development and execution, organisational culture and performance, risk management, and governance.
