According to information issued by the Court, there are approximately 250 matters listed before His Honour Chief Justice Alstergren and His Honour Judge McGuire in the Brisbane Registry during the week commencing 23 September 2019. In dealing with matters in the Callover, practitioners should give consideration to a joint referral to Mediation which is a proven means of achieving an outcome outside the court process.
