Farewell to Fran
Denise Britton and Mike Emerson bid farewell to Fran Conway, who has retired from our panel of Mediators this week.
“At Brisbane Mediations we pride ourselves on the diverse and experienced panel of mediators we have the pleasure of working with on a weekly or monthly basis, and it’s fair to say we come to feel those mediators are part of the Brisbane Mediations family.
So it is with all the best wishes in the world (and more than a little sadness on our part) that we bid farewell to Fran Conway this week. Fran is retiring from Private Practice later this year, but has ceased mediating with us with effect from Monday 15 May.
Fran is such a familiar face to many of us in the Brisbane Family Law/Family Court scene, and we are sure you will agree her expertise will be sorely missed by clients and professionals alike. Meticulous in her attention to detail and conscientious to the core, it comes as no surprise to us that our statistics reflect Fran’s very hight success rate with mediations conducted for Brisbane Mediations over the years.
A loss not only for Brisbane Mediations, but also for Brisbane lawyers and families. We wish Fran all the very best in her retirement, whatever it may bring.
But “onwards and upwards” is our motto here at Brisbane Mediations, and not to fear, we still have another 20 experienced mediators on our panel for clients to choose from.”
